The Kiss, Save the Date Business Card Template

Save the Date Card Basics

Before we talk about some of those fun save the date card ideas, let’s go over a few important pieces of information about the cards. For starters, remember that not every couple needs to mail out save the date cards. However, if your wedding is taking place around a holiday or popular vacation time or if your wedding guests need to make travel plans to attend then you might want to consider sending out save the date cards. The matching cards that can be customized pictured below, will work great for this! But, for those that want to hand out notices to local people, these chubby profile cards would work great!

Remember save the date cards are sent out at least four months before the actual wedding day. The wording doesn’t have to include all of the information, but it should include the date and the city and state where the wedding will take place (and, of course, who is getting married). No responses are necessary, but you’ll probably end up getting a few phone calls to congratulate you.

The Kiss. Customize for “Save the Date”, with the names of the bride and groom, with the month, day, year & location of the wedding, and a website link. Use even for an anniversary party date, adding the number of years celebrating marriage for the already hitched couple.

Matching invitation cards, postcards, and all three different sizes (small, medium, large) of two different versions of postage stamps are available too.
